Getting Out of Vipsanna Mediation
Being attentive to your mediation is precisely important. Like most things, you only get out as much as you get in.
Just remember to breathe in and out deeply. Whatever you do, do not force your breathing patterns. That is actually one of the most harmful things that you can do to your mediation. Instead, you need to be calm and collected and breathe in and out, again and again.
Keep your mind focused on the sensations so your mind does not lose track of the time at all.
Stay in present. This is the best way to enjoy your mediation.
Vipassana Mediation is best way to help you to step away from the ongoing noises of the modern world and knowing what is going around you at the same time.
