I used to go to bed and toss and turn. It’s horrible having insomnia. I would be awake at all times of the night and need to get up to go to work! I started sleeping better when I started making lists of my daily to do’s for the next day. I released the need to go over and over the work in my mind. Having a clear mind also helps me to keep calm when I’m in intense situations (of course not always) but it really does help! We all need time out, the trick is knowing when to take it!
