Top 5 Covers – Wolves

May 28, 2017 Based on the Book, Guilty Pleasures 3

This is a new meme hosted by Sugar & Snark. It came about when Sugar was wondering which cover to use for her #70 Cover of the Week post. Sugar kept on thinking of more than one, and they all seemed to have a theme/characteristic. So she decided to switch things up a bit!

Each week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5 favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in Linky (so we can visit).

 Wolves

Wow, I had a hard time finding covers I liked last week and this week I had a hard time narrowing down the choices to five!

I did find a few in the fairy-tale genre. Of course these are your normal BIG BAD WOLVES that want to eat pretty little things. I had to go with two of those because the artistry is lovely, but I was happy to find a few outside of the fairy-tale genre as well. And of course I had to include White Fang, one of my all time favorite books.

5. White Fang

4. A Wolf at the Door

3. Red Dawn

2. Red Riding Hood

And the winner is:

Sisters Red

What are your top five with pens/pencils on the cover?

I think that’s why I love it. You don’t see it immediately. Makes it even more interesting.
