Strangely I didn’t think I liked mysteries and then I dipped my toe in with some cozy mysteries. Now I’m in love. Some are too much for me. Arlidge’s series is one of the ones I have to read in chunks. It’s a story that stays with you! I think about that series when I’m trying to sleep and have to smack myself out of it!

Same, I started reading them about two years ago. But I buddy read with my boyfriend, and he likes the ones that are really messed up (as you can probably see from his blog), so I had to adjust quickly. ๐Ÿ˜‚ But yeah, I know what you mean about the story staying with you.
